Our corporate office is located in Baton Rouge and is fully staffed to accommodate your appraisal needs. Our staff contains two State Certified Residential Appraisers, a State Certified General Appraiser and one administrative assistant.

    We specialize in commercial and residential appraisals  We strive for 48 hour turn times after inspection on  single family residential properties. Commercial Appraisals range in turn times from one week to 4 weeks or more depending on the scope of work and the availability of data.
