We specialize in commercial and residential appraisals. Scope of Work rule in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) allow the appraiser some flexibility when producing an appraisal assignment.  If you are in need of a unique appraisal product, please contact our office and we can discuss what may or may not be permitted by USPAP or UASFLA. We are willing to investigate opportunities to support our clients needs by developing new products that will meet all required standards.  We strive for 48 hour turn times after inspection of single family residential properties. Commercial Appraisals range in turn times from 1 to 4 weeks or more depending on the scope of work and the availability of data.

We are also experienced in litigation support and expert witness services. Clients who have used our expert testimony services include government agencies, tax entities, financial institutions, legal and accounting firms and many other businesses. In many cases, our independent, supportable analysis has allowed clients to settle cases without going to court.

An appraiser must remain unbiased in performing an appraisal of a property. We can consult with you and advise you about the relative strength of an appraisal presented by opposing parties. We can also perform additional research and analysis to support or discredit assumptions or conclusions.
